Heritage Month Keynotes- 

Hosting interactive virtual, in person, or hybrid presentations for Black history month. These conversations can be set up as a keynote, workshop, Q&A, or any combination of all three. Focus areas include but are not limited to: the history of Blacks in the United States, combating anti-Blackness, How to Attract and Retain Black talent, Allyship 3.0; Best Practices for Authentic Allyship, and more. 

Establishing a Common Language of inclusion- 

This workshop focuses on establishing a common language around diversity, equity, inclusion and belonging to equip leaders and team members with the tools necessary to have dialogue around unfamiliar topics. Attendees that are new to DEIB as well as longtime practitioners will adapt a common framework of foundational learnings to resolve conflict and establish KPI’s related to diversity, equity and inclusion. 

Creating a Culture of Inclusive Feedback-

An in depth training focusing on the 7 types of feedback for the workplace and how to be most effective at giving feedback as an individual contributor or as a supervisor/manager. Attendees learn how to establish norms around giving feedback in a safe and inclusive manner. The breadth of this workshop will cover providing feedback around tasks, microaggressions as well as performance reviews.

Employee Resource Groups- 

Establishing Employee Resource Groups (ERGs) and assisting already established groups with industry best practices, creating relevant KPIs, increasing membership, navigating leadership buy-in, and reinvigorating current members.
