Our Impact

Marco T. Lindsey has helped dozens of tech companies and businesses connect with thousands of career seekers of color in the bay area. During that time, he has accumulated a number of insights from job candidates on inclusive hiring practices, “well intentioned” promotion policies that have backfired, successful retention techniques, as well as concrete actions that can be taken to combat bias in the workplace. 

 
 

MT Lindsey has connected 2000+ Candidates of Color with over 30 organizations. This resulted in 114 interviews and approximately 47 hires.
 

Marco has spent 8 years as a Chief of Staff before pivoting his focus to diversity, equity, and belonging, so his insights are at the intersection of inclusion and best business practices. He is also a board member of the 100 Black Men of the Bay Area as well as several other bay area nonprofits. He has hosted several hiring forums on Non Engineering Careers in Tech and Non Traditionally Trained Engineers in Tech. As well as start-up educational forums on How to Secure Funding from VC’s and Angel Investors, and How to Launch your own Start-up.
