MT Lindsey creates recruitment, retention and engagement activities for Black Indigenous people of color in the tech and private sector. This is done through a number of interactive recruitment events and consultations that have a proven track record of improving key performance metrics.
Marco Lindsey has helped dozens of Tech companies, BioTech companies, Start-ups, Non-Profits and Corporate Organizations companies and businesses connect with thousands of career seekers of color in the Bay area. During that time, he has accumulated a number of insights from job candidates on inclusive hiring practices, “well intentioned” promotion policies that have backfired, successful retention techniques, as well as concrete actions that can be taken to combat bias in the workplace.

Marco has spent 8 years as a Chief of Staff before pivoting his focus to diversity, equity, and belonging, so his insights are at the intersection of inclusion and best business practices. He is also a board member of the 100 Black Men of the Bay Area as well as several other bay area nonprofits.
